Emsland &#8211; Grafschaft Bentheim. It represents the interests of metal and electrical enterprises in our region that are bound by collective agreements. The joint management of the two associations allows us to optimally bundle our knowledge and represent the interests of our members in the best possible way. For companies in the metal and electrical industry that don&#8217;t want to be part of collecive bargaining, we have formed the \u201cIAV Fachgruppe\u201d, a specialised group which is not covered by collective agreements. It currently includes above 142 companies that belong to the metal and electrical industry and related sectors.
