Advice on labour and social law.

Facing the jungle of paragraphs in labour law is no easy task. Especially since there is no generally applicable “labour code”, but much is decided by the jurisdiction of national or European courts. Understandably, this unsettles many employers. Our lawyers are happy to inform our members about current developments in labour and social law and to give advice.

From the beginning to the end of an employment relationship – we provide support on legal employer issues. We also assist in negotiations with works councils or trade unions, e.g. in the context of conciliation committees or company collective agreements. And we also provide our members with advice and practical support in all matters relating to social law with reference to labour law.
